Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations Policy

Returns

We accept returns for unused and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for our DIY book boxes, partial returns (e.g., a single item from a box) are not allowed. Returns must include the full box and all its original elements, unused and in their original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@literarylayers.com with the following information:

• Order number
• Reason for the return

Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Refunds are available for items returned in unused and undamaged condition, or for products that arrive damaged or defective.

To request a refund for damaged or defective items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@literarylayers.com and provide the following:

• Order number
• Photos of the damaged or defective item

Once your return or claim is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or provide a replacement.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
